Backorder Policy:
Occasionally there are items that are temporarily out of stock. You may place an order for backordered items via the internet or the Customer Service Center; however, these items will not be shipped until they are in-stock. Backordered items will ship within 24 hours of being received into inventory.
If an order is placed that has one or more items that are in-stock in combination with backordered items, all items will be held until the backordered items are available to ship.

Shipping Methods:
The company ships via Canada Post for all shipments within Canada. You may select a shipping method of either Canada Post Ground, Canada Xpresspost, or Purolator Courier. We do not offer weekend delivery.

Alberta: 1-2 Business Days
Saskatchewan: 2-3 Business Days
Manitoba: 3-4 Business Days
Ontario: 5-7 Business Days
Quebec: 5-7 Business Days
Altlantic Canada: 6-8 Business Days
NWT, Yukon, Nunavut: 10-14 Business Days
All shipments for Canada Xpresspost are 2-3 Days Nationwide.
Purolator Courier shipments are for Physical Addresses Only! Purolator Ground shipping times are as follows:
British Columbia: 2-3 Business Days
Alberta: Next Day (2 in some remote areas up North)
Saskatchewan: 2 Business Days
Manitoba: 2 Business Days
Ontario: 3-4 Business Days
Quebec: 3-4 Business Days

Purolator Air is also available to use for overnight packages, but you must call for a quote. This service is extremely expensive.
